1. Introduction

• These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the Pizza Hut Vini Jr. Bundle Promotion (the “Promotion”) organized by:
  Kuwait Food Company (Americana) LLC – a company duly incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates
  By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms.

  This Promotion is subject to the prior approval of the relevant governmental authorities in each market (see Section 10).

2. Definitions

• Entrant : An eligible individual who enters the Promotion.
• Grand Prize : The rewards described in Section 6.1 below.
• Promotion Period : From [24th September 2025] to [31st October 2025], both days inclusive.
• Winner : An Entrant selected to receive the Prize.

3. Eligibility

• Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry. Individuals under 18 may only participate under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
• Employees, agents, consultants, or family members of the Promoter and associated agencies are not eligible to participate.
• Entrants must be physically present in the country of entry (UAE) during the Promotion Period, including residents and visitors/tourists. Prizes will only be fulfilled within the respective country of entry, and the Promoter is not responsible for shipping or delivery outside the participating country.
• Entrants must provide a valid local address and contact number for prize fulfillment.

4. Promotion Period

• 4.1. The Promotion runs from [24th September 2025] to [31st October 2025]. Only purchases made during this period will be eligible.

How to Enter

• To participate, Entrants must purchase a Vini Jr. Bundle (two pizzas and a Pepsi) via the Pizza Hut App (only) during the Purchase Period.
• Each qualifying purchase constitutes one entry into the Grand Prize draw.
• Each additional Bundle purchase increases the number of entries an Entrant has in the Grand Prize draw.
• Only purchases of the Vini Jr. Bundle made through the Pizza Hut App during the Purchase Period qualify for entry into the Promotion. Complimentary meals, coupons, staff discounts, or any other form of free or substituted purchase are not eligible for entry.

5. Grand Prize

• Each market (Qatar, UAE) will have 1 Grand Prize Winner (total of 2 winners).
Each Grand Prize consists of:
• Two return flight tickets from Qatar (for the Qatar winner) and the UAE (for the UAE winner) to Madrid, Spain.
• 4 nights’ accommodation for two people in Madrid (excluding meals).
• Flights and accommodation costs shall be covered up to a maximum of USD 5,000. Travel arrangements will be made through a reputable travel agency appointed by the Promoter.

Redemption and Validity

• The Grand Prize must be redeemed within (6) months of winner notification. Failure to redeem the Grand Prize within this period results in automatic forfeiture.
• If the winner’s chosen dates of travel result in flight and/or accommodation costs exceeding USD 5,000, the excess costs shall be borne solely by the Winner.
• For the avoidance of doubt, the USD 5,000 cap represents the maximum value allocated towards flights and accommodation. If the actual cost of flights and accommodation is lower than this amount, the Promoter shall not be required to pay or refund the difference to the Winner in cash or otherwise.
• Upon forfeiture, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, award the Grand Prize to an alternate Entrant or otherwise dispose of it.

Excluded Costs and Responsibilities

The following costs are expressly excluded from the Grand Prize and remain the Winner’s responsibility:

• Meals, beverages, and in-room services.
• Ground transportation (including but not limited to transfers to and from airports, taxis, or car rentals).
• Travel insurance, visas, passports, and other travel documentation.
• Airline taxes, surcharges, and government levies.
• Incidental expenses, personal spending, tips, and service charges.
• Any additional accommodation, excursions, or entertainment not expressly included in the Grand Prize description.

Non-Transferability and Cash Alternatives

• The Grand Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged, sold, or redeemed for cash, credit, or any other alternative.
• No substitutions are permitted except where required by law or where the Promoter, subject to the relevant authority’s approval, provides an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

General Conditions

• The Promotion is valid only for purchases made via the Pizza Hut App in UAE.
• These terms and conditions will be hosted on the microsite and app throughout the Promotion Period.
• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the Promotion in the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control, subject to prior approval from the relevant authorities. Force majeure includes but is not limited to acts of God, war, civil unrest, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, strikes, flight cancellations, and any governmental restrictions outside the Promoter’s control.
• The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant suspected of fraud, misconduct, or providing false information. The Promoter’s determination on disqualification is final and binding.
• By entering, Winners consent to the Promoter using their name, image and/or video recording for announcing results and promoting the Promotion on Pizza Hut digital platforms and social media, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
• All inquiries and responsibilities relating to this Promotion rest solely with the Promoter.
• This Promotion is organized exclusively by the Promoter and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any third party, including food or beverage suppliers, airlines, hotels, or travel agencies.
• Winners must comply with all applicable travel requirements, including health and safety regulations.
• Failure to comply with these provisions may result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be selected by a random draw (draw of chance), from eligible entries in each market, conduct within 5 days after the Promotion ends. The draw will be administered by the Promoter and supervised by the relevant authority in each jurisdiction.
• Winners will be announced on [microsite link] on [9th November 2025] and contacted directly by phone and/or email.
• Winners may be required to present proof of purchase, government-issued ID, or residency documentation. Failure to provide proof may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Grand Prize.
• If a Winner does not accept their Prize within 7 days of notification, the Promoter may select an alternate Winner.
• The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of purchase, proof of identity, age, and residency, and to disqualify any Winner who fails to provide such proof to the Promoter’s satisfaction

7. Liability

• Entrants indemnify Yum! Brands, Pizza Hut, the Promoter, and their agencies against any claims, damages, or losses arising from participation in the Promotion or prize acceptance.
• The Promoter is not responsible for technical failures, incomplete entries, or system errors.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, or travel agencies, engaged in the fulfillment of the Prize.
• The Promoter’s aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall in no event exceed the lower of (i) the actual value of the Grand Prize awarded to the relevant Winner, or (ii) USD 5,000.

8. Privacy

• Participants will be required to provide personal details (name, phone number, email) for prize fulfillment.
• Personal data will only be used to administer the Promotion in accordance with applicable data protection laws in Qatar and the UAE.
• All personal data will be collected, stored, and processed within Qatar and/or the United Arab Emirates in accordance with applicable data protection laws. No personal data will be transferred outside these jurisdictions except where strictly necessary for the administration of the Grand Prize (such as flight and accommodation bookings), and in such cases, the transfer shall be subject to appropriate legal safeguards and confidentiality obligations.

9. Governing Law and Regulatory Compliance

• United Arab Emirates :The Promotion is subject to the prior approval of the Department of Economic Development (DED) or other relevant authority in each emirate. These Terms are governed by UAE law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
